Where do I find my gift card code?

In the email that delivered the card — 16 characters, letters and numbers. The buyer also has it in their order confirmation.

I deleted the email. Can you resend it?

Yes. Email support@playpulserc.com with the buyer’s order number and we will resend it to the original recipient address.

Why does the page say the card was not found?

Usually a code that got cut short. Copy all 16 characters in one go. If it still fails, send it to us and we will look it up.

Does checking the balance use any of it up?

No. Opening the balance page is read-only — the amount only changes when an order is placed.

The balance looks lower than I expected.

Each order that used the card shows the amount taken off in its confirmation email. Add those up — if it still does not match, email us the code and we will trace it.

Do I need an account to check it?

No. PlayPulseRC has no gift card accounts — anyone holding the 16-character code can see the balance, so treat it like cash.

Care Notes

First, fully charge the 3.7V lithium battery (approx. 120 minutes) and install it into the robot. Insert 2 AA batteries into the 2.4GHz remote control handle. Turn both devices on to pair. Use the main joysticks to move forward, backward, or turn. Press the designated front/rear swing arm buttons to adjust the robot's limbs and change its stance for terrain crossing. Press the music/demo button to activate the glowing eyes and watch an automated stunt show!
