Our comprehensive Quality Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind with every purchase.For matters regarding returns and replacements due to product quality issues, please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your new RC toy. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Full Refund: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Quality Issues: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the full cost of return shipping for your refund or exchange. Please contact our support team at [support@playpulserc.com] with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

6-Month Limited Warranty

  • All PlayPulseRC products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.
  • What’s Covered: This warranty covers malfunctions under normal use that are not caused by accident, misuse, or modification. Examples include motor failure, non-responsive remote control, electronic component defects, or battery defects (e.g., swelling under normal use).
  • Warranty Service: If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product at no charge.
  • Shipping Responsibilities:For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of safely shipping the product back to our service center.PlayPulseRC will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accident, misuse, or abuse (e.g., crashes, immersion in water, extreme stunts beyond the product's design).
  • Use of non-original char.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tire wear, minor scratches from use).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Acts of nature (e.g., fire, flood).

Paid Repair Services

  • For damage not covered by the warranty, or for products outside the 6-month warranty period, we offer convenient paid repair services.
  • Process: Contact our customer service team for a repair assessment. We will provide a quotation for the repair cost, including parts and labor. You can choose to accept or decline the quote.
  • Customer Instructions: Before sending any product for repair, please remove any personal decorations. We recommend packing the item securely and using a tracked shipping method. During repair, firmware may be updated, and data (if applicable) may be lost.

  • This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
