No Warranty Statement

• All products sold by our store are provided without any form of free warranty service, whether express or implied, except as otherwise stated in this policy. The customer understands and agrees that after the product is signed for and used, the Company shall not be obligated to provide free repair for any performance failures or damages that may occur. For matters regarding returns and replacements due to product quality issues, please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for warranty under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Damage caused by customer misuse, accidental drops, liquid spillage, use of non-original accessories, etc.; 
• Malfunctions resulting from unauthorized disassembly, attempted self-repair, or modification;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)

Paid Repair Support

• While no free warranty is provided, customers may contact our customer service to inquire about the availability of paid repair services for faulty products. Repairs are subject to our inspection and quotation, and customers may choose to accept the paid repair. Repair costs will include inspection fees, parts fees, and labor costs.

Customer Instructions for Repair Services

• If you opt for paid repair services, to protect your rights, please ensure to back up data (if applicable) and remove all personal decorations before shipping the product. It is recommended to pack the shipped items properly and retain proof of shipment. Firmware upgrades may be necessary during repair to troubleshoot. Please note that all data within the product may be erased during inspection or repair, for which the Company makes no guarantees or assumes liability.

• This no-warranty policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable laws. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
