At PlayPulse RC, we stand behind the quality and durability of our hobby-grade remote control toys. Our comprehensive warranty and service policies are designed to give you peace of mind with every purchase, ensuring you get the most out of your RC experience.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & General Returns

We want you to love your new RC vehicle. If you are not completely satisfied, or if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) with a manufacturing defect out of the box, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• For quality issues upon arrival: We will cover the full cost of return shipping.

2. 6-Month Limited Warranty

Beyond the 30-day return window, all PlayPulse RC products are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original date of delivery.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers electronic and mechanical malfunctions that occur under normal intended use and are not caused by user error or accidents. Examples of covered defects include:

• Premature motor or Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) failure.

• Non-responsive or defective remote control transmitters/receivers.

• Defects in electronic components or wiring out of the box.

• Battery defects (e.g., abnormal swelling under normal charging and usage conditions).

Warranty Service & Shipping Responsibilities

If a covered defect occurs during the 6-month warranty period, PlayPulse RC will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or parts at no charge for the labor and components.

• Customer Responsibility: For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to safely send the product back to our designated US service center.

• PlayPulse RC Responsibility: We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.

3. What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?

Due to the extreme nature of the RC hobby, our limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents, misuse, or abuse: Damage caused by high-speed crashes, extreme stunts beyond the product's design limits, or severe impacts.

• Water Damage: Immersion in water or driving in extremely wet conditions (unless the product is explicitly marketed as fully waterproof).

• Improper Charging: Damage caused by the use of non-original chargers, aftermarket batteries, or improper LiPo battery storage.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Worn-out tires, stripped gears from heavy use, or minor cosmetic scratches on the chassis and body shell.

• Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage caused by disassembling, upgrading, or modifying the vehicle with non-factory parts.

• Acts of Nature: Fire, flood, or other external forces.

4. Paid Repair Services

We understand that crashes happen! For damages not covered by the warranty, or for products outside the 6-month warranty period, we offer convenient paid repair services.

• Process: Contact our customer service team with photos/videos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide a transparent quotation for the repair cost (including parts and labor). You can choose to accept or decline the quote.

• Instructions: Before sending any product for repair, please pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. PlayPulse RC is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

5. Your Legal Rights

This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
