Shipping policy

At PlayPulse RC, we strive to deliver your hobby-grade remote control models quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping costs, and delivery estimates.

1. Shipping Destination

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer simple, transparent flat-rate shipping for all US orders:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $79.90): $8.99

  • Free Shipping (Orders $79.90 and above): $0.00 (Free)

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

To calculate when you will receive your order, please consider both the processing time and the transit time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST / Los Angeles Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Processing (Handling) Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday - Friday). We process and ship out all orders within 48 hours. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Transit Time: 7 to 14 Business Days (Monday - Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days.

4. Shipping Origin & Carriers

  • Where it ships from: All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.

  • Why China? Playpulse RC Technology LLC is a US-registered company specializing in remote control toys. To ensure competitive pricing and efficient supply chain management, we partner directly with certified factories that meet international quality standards. Shipping directly from our manufacturer's hub allows us to offer high-quality RC toys at affordable prices while maintaining strict quality control.

  • Carriers: We use reliable international logistics partners, primarily YunExpress and 4PX, followed by local US delivery via USPS or FedEx.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you via email with a shipping confirmation and a Track-and-Trace code. You can use this code to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@playpulserc.com immediately. We can only update the destination address before the order has been shipped. Once the package has left our facility, we can no longer alter the shipping address.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We provide a 30-Day Return Service after delivery. If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or changed your mind, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our US return shipping address. For more details, please visit our Refund and Return Policy page.
