Logistics policy

I. Distribution area

  • We deliver to the following regions:

    • United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Ireland, Spain, Malaysia.
    • Remote areas in the above countries are currently excluded from service.

II. Order processing time

  • Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (except public holidays in the US).
  • Processing time: All orders will be packed and delivered to the logistics company within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delayed notification: In case of inventory shortage or logistics problems, we will inform you of the latest progress through PlayPulseRc@gmail.com email.

III. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Costs: Checkout page will auto-calculate fees based on package weight/volume (subject to adjustment).
  • Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (calculated from the date of shipment, excluding customs delays).
  • Standard shipping fees are adjusted in real-time according to market conditions.

IV. Tracking of parcels

  • After all orders are shipped, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number.
  • The package status can be queried through the real-time tracking section of the independent station order by means of the logistics tracking number:

V. Delivery delay or loss

  • Logistics responsibility: After the package is delivered to the logistics provider, the transportation risk shall be borne by the logistics provider.
  • If the package is not delivered within 7 days of the expected time limit, please contact PlayPulseRc@gmail.com and provide the tracking number. After confirming the loss, you can choose to get a full refund or re-send it for free (when inventory allows).

VI. Handling damaged packages

  • Check before receipt: Please check the integrity of the outer package. If obvious damage is found, you can refuse to receive it on the spot.
  • If you find any problems after receiving the goods, please provide photos and descriptions of the damaged goods to the customer service email within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will provide replacement goods or refund free of charge (refer to the return policy).

VII. Modify the delivery address

  • Only the address can be modified before the order is shipped.
  • Send a request to PlayPulseRc@gmail.com with the order number and new address.
  • If the goods have been shipped, you need to contact the logistics provider yourself (additional charges may be incurred).

VIII.Environmental commitment

  • We use 100% recyclable packaging materials and prefer to work with low carbon logistics providers.
