Version 2.0

These terms apply when you use www.playpulserc.com and when you order from us. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — where a clause matters to you, we say so in plain words.

1. Who we are

The store is operated by PlayPulse RC Technology LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as PlayPulseRC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

2. How an order becomes a contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you the shipping confirmation email — not when you pay, and not when the automatic order-received email arrives. Until we send the shipping confirmation, either side may walk away: if we cannot accept your order, we refund you in full and tell you why.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay — see our Shipping and delivery policy. Payment is taken through Shopify's payment gateway; your card details go to the payment processor and are never received or stored by us.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's facility in Shenzhen, China. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 7 to 14 business days, so plan for 8 to 16 business days in total. 5. Returns, refunds and warranty — the short version

- 30-day returns: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any unused model, for any reason. You pay the return shipping when you changed your mind; we pay it when the fault is ours. Full terms: our Returns and refunds policy.
- 6-month limited warranty: every model is covered for 6 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Full terms: our Limited Warranty page.
- If your order has not been dispatched within 16 business days, we email you with a new date and let you cancel for a full refund.

6. Age, and safe use

Our models are hobby-grade products intended for adults and for young people aged 14 and over, under adult supervision. They are not toys for small children, and they are not intended for anyone under 14. Lithium batteries need care: read the manual that comes with the model, use the charger supplied, and never leave a pack charging unattended. 7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use our content to mislead anyone. We may suspend or cancel orders that result from fraud, abuse, or an obvious pricing error.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for the website working as described; for your order being processed and shipped as described in these terms; for the model matching the description and specification on its product page when it reaches you; and for defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

9. Limits on liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights, and the rights our limited warranty gives you. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

10. Your content

If you send us a review, photo, video or comment, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to show it on this site, in our emails and on our social accounts, and to edit it for length or format without changing its meaning. You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us, and we will remove it.

11. Third-party services and links

Some services we rely on — payment, delivery, analytics — are provided by other companies and are governed by their own terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Wyoming is where our company is registered. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute — but nothing here stops you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or from relying on the consumer law of your own state.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here and change the version number and date. If a change is material — for example to returns, warranty or liability — we email customers with an account before it takes effect.

14. Your statutory rights

These terms do not change, limit or replace any right you have under applicable law, including your rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, your state consumer protection law, and your right to bring a claim in small claims court.
