Your privacy choices

Our store uses advertising and analytics partners. These partners help us measure whether our ads work, and they show our products to people on other websites.

When we allow a partner to collect information about your activity on our site so that our products can be advertised to you elsewhere, California law may call that a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — even though we are not paid money for it and your name is never handed over.

We do not sell your name, your address or your order history to anyone, for money or for anything else.

If you would rather not be part of the advertising side of our store, use any of the three methods below. All of them work, and you only need one.

1. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser

Newer versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave and Safari can send a Global Privacy Control signal, and some privacy extensions do it too. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically. Nothing to fill in, nothing to send. Remember to do the same on each browser and device you use.

2. Use the form on this page

Enter the email address you used on our site — or, if you prefer, describe the browser or device you are using. One field is enough. You do not need an account and you do not need to tell us why.

3. Email us

Send a message to privacy@playpulserc.com with the subject "Do not share". If you have a customer account, you can simply tell us the email address on the account. If you do not, just describe the browser or device so we can identify the signal.

Thank you — we have received your opt-out request. We have recorded it against your browser or device and we will stop sharing your information for advertising within 15 days. You will receive a confirmation email. If you did not make this request, email privacy@playpulserc.com and we will reverse it.

What we will never ask for on this form:

• Your password
• Your card number or the last four digits
• A one-time code
• A scan of your ID

If anything on this page asks you for those, it is not from us.

• We stop sharing your information for advertising within 15 days.
• If we already shared it with a partner, we pass your request on to that partner.
• We do not ask you to verify your identity, and we do not ask you for documents.
• We do not treat you differently. You keep the same prices, the same returns and the same support.
• We will not ask you to opt in again for at least 12 months.

You will receive a confirmation email when your request is recorded. If you did not submit a request and you receive one, email privacy@playpulserc.com and we will undo it immediately.

• Browser settings — most browsers let you block third-party cookies. Blocking them stops a lot of advertising tracking, on our site and everywhere else. Note that this also switches off the analytics that help us fix broken pages.
• Global Privacy Control — see method 1 above. This is the cleanest option because it works automatically on every participating site.
• Google ad settings — myadchoices.org lets you turn off personalised Google advertising across sites.
• Industry opt-out tools — the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) cover most of the large advertising networks. These tools use a cookie to remember your choice, so if you clear cookies you will need to set them again.
• Mobile identifiers — on iOS or Android you can limit ad tracking in your device privacy settings.

These tools are run by other companies, not by us. If one of them does not work, we cannot fix it — but you can always come back here, and our form will still work.
