Holiday shipping questions
These are the questions we get every December — answered with real dates and numbers.
Will it arrive before December 25?
Yes, if you order by December 18. Orders placed before that date leave our warehouse within 24 hours and arrive in 8–16 business days, which puts the last safe delivery around December 24.
Orders placed after December 18 still ship, but they land in the first two weeks of January. If you need it under the tree, do not wait past the 18th.
Do I need to buy batteries or a charger separately?
No. Every vehicle ships as a complete ready-to-run package: the battery, the charger and the controller are all in the box. You only need to add AA batteries for the controller on a few models, and we list that on the product page when it applies.
What if it is the wrong size or age?
You have 30 days to return it, and there is no restocking fee. If the age range is off, tell us the age and we will swap it for the right tier and cover the return label.
Is it waterproof enough for snow?
Waterproof models are rated for splashes, puddles and wet grass — not for driving through deep snow. Snow packs into the chassis and drivetrain and overheats the motor, so we do not recommend it. For winter use, the trucks with sealed electronics handle cold dry ground best.
What if it breaks after Christmas?
Every vehicle carries a 6-month limited warranty on the motor and electronics. Send us a short video of the problem and we ship the replacement part free — no need to send the whole vehicle back.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. International orders ship from the same warehouse and the duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so nothing is collected at your door.
