FAQ
A1: The deck is 22 cm (8.7 in) long and 4.5 cm (1.8 in) wide, and the boat stands 23 cm (9.1 in) tall including the sail and the balance bar.
Q2: How long does it run, and how far can it go?
A2: The built-in 3.7V 300mAh pack gives about 20 minutes per 40-minute charge, and the 2.4 GHz radio holds a link to about 30 m (98 ft).
Q3: Why do the propellers stay still on dry land?
A3: The hull arms the motor only when it senses water, so the propellers cannot spin while the boat sits in your hand or on a table.
Q4: What happens if it tips over?
A4: A press of the mode key triggers the capsize reset, and the weighted balance bar keeps the board from rolling past the point where it can right itself.
Q5: Can it run in the sea, a river or the rain?
A5: No. Use it only in still fresh water such as a bathtub, a backyard pool or a calm pond. Sea water, moving currents and rain can flood the hull or carry the boat away.
Q6: What batteries does the remote need?
A6: The remote takes 2 AAA batteries (1.5V), which are not included. The boat itself runs on the built-in 3.7V 300mAh rechargeable pack, charged over USB.
