FAQ
A1: The hull measures 17 × 11.5 × 16 cm (6.7 × 4.5 × 6.3 in). A dedicated key on the remote fires a short water jet from the bow while the twin propellers keep the boat moving.
Q2: How long does one charge last and how do I charge it?
A2: The 3.7V rechargeable pack gives about 25 minutes per 2-3 hour USB charge. The boat charges over the supplied USB cable; the remote takes 2 AA batteries, which are not included.
Q3: Can several boats run together at the same time?
A3: Yes. The 2.4 GHz link is designed for multi-boat racing, so two or more boats can share a pool without cross-talk between the transmitters.
Q4: Why do the propellers stop when I lift the boat out?
A4: A sensor on the bottom of the hull cuts the motor whenever the boat leaves the water. That keeps the propellers still in your hand and saves the battery between runs.
Q5: Where can I use it, and is seawater or a river okay?
A5: No. Use it only in still fresh water: a bathtub, a backyard pool or a calm pond. Avoid saltwater, moving currents, rough water and rain, and dry the hull and contacts after each run.
Q6: What age is it for, and what is in the box?
A6: It is rated 8+ and needs adult help with charging. The box holds the boat, remote, 3.7V battery, USB cable, a small screwdriver and an English manual; add 2 AA cells for the remote.
