1. Shipping & Order Tracking

Q: When will my order ship and how long does delivery take? A: We process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped from our fulfillment center, standard delivery to the United States takes 7 to 14 business days.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time status of your package on our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier's official website.

2. Orders & Payment

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order (e.g., change the address)? A: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@playpulserc.com as soon as possible.

• If your order has not been dispatched, we will happily update your address or cancel it for a full refund.

• If your order has already shipped, we cannot intercept it or change the address. You will need to wait until you receive the item and follow our standard 30-Day Return Policy.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Express Checkout wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay), and Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments). For full details, please visit our Payment Methods page.

3. Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-Day Return Service. You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the return is due to a product quality issue out of the box, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

Q: Do you provide a warranty for your RC toys? A: Yes! All PlayPulse RC products come with a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes, water immersion, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. 4. Product Usage & Battery Safety

Q: Are your RC models suitable for beginners? A: Absolutely! We offer models for every skill level.

• Beginner/Mini Models: Great for indoor living rooms or smooth outdoor surfaces. They take about 10 minutes to master.

• Hobby-Grade/Professional Models: High-speed bashers or rock crawlers designed for grass, gravel, and rough terrains. We highly recommend reading the manual thoroughly and practicing in an open space at low speeds before going full throttle.

Q: How long does the battery last and how should I charge it? A:

• Battery Life: Depending on the model and how aggressively you drive (high speeds consume more power), a fully charged battery typically lasts between 20 to 30 minutes. You can find specific estimates on each product page.

• Charging Safety: Only use the original USB charger provided. Always disconnect the battery once it is fully charged (the charger light will usually turn green or turn off). Never leave a charging RC battery unattended or charge it overnight.
