4.Warranty Service
PlayPulseRC provides comprehensive quality assurance services for its remote control toys, aiming to ensure customers a worry-free shopping experience. The core details are as follows:
- Basic Warranty Period
- All products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. For details regarding returns and replacements, please refer to the separate Refund and Return Policy.
- Warranty Coverage
- Only malfunctions occurring under normal use, which are not caused by accident, misuse, or modification, are covered. Specifically, this includes motor failure, non-responsive remote controls, electronic component defects, and battery swelling under normal use.
- Warranty Service Content
- For eligible malfunctions during the warranty period, PlayPulseRC reserves the right to repair or replace the product free of charge. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to our service center, while PlayPulseRC covers the shipping costs to return the repaired item to the customer.
- Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- The warranty does not cover the following: damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse (e.g., crashes, immersion in water, extreme stunts beyond the product’s design); use of non-original chargers; normal wear and tear (e.g., tire wear, minor scratches from use); unauthorized repairs or modifications; damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., fire, flood).
- Paid Repair Services
- For damage not covered by the warranty or for products beyond the 6-month warranty period, the brand offers paid repair services. The process is as follows: first contact customer service for a repair assessment; the brand will provide a quotation including parts and labor costs, and customers may decide whether to accept the quotation at their discretion.
- Notes for Sending Products for Repair
- Before sending any product for repair, please remove all personal decorations. It is recommended to pack the item securely and use a tracked shipping method. During the repair process, firmware may be updated, and relevant data (if any) may be lost.
5. Battery Life & Charging
- Battery Life: Marked on product page (e.g., 20-30 mins); affected by operation (high-speed uses more power).
- Charging Tips: Use original charger; disconnect after full charge; charge new battery 12hrs for first 3 times.
