Return and refund policy

  • Welcome to visit PLAYPULSE Independent Station. We are committed to providing you with high-quality remote control toy products and services. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can refer to the following return and refund policy for processing.

I. Right to return goods

(1) 14-day cooling-off period:

  •  From the date of receipt of the goods, you have the right to cancel the order without reason for 14 days (remote sales contract regulations).

(2) 30-day refund guarantee:

  • If the goods have quality problems, are seriously inconsistent with the description or are not delivered on time, you have the right to request a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

II. Return conditions

In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, the return must meet the following conditions:

(1) Commodity status:

  • The goods shall be kept in the original package intact, unopened or unused (not affecting secondary sales).
  • All accessories, instructions and gifts are included.

(2) Return period:

  • A no-questions-asked return must be applied for within 14 days (based on the date of receipt by logistics).
  • Return of defective goods should be made within 30 days and relevant evidence (such as photos/videos) should be provided.

(3) Circumstances in which returns are not accepted:

  • Damage caused by customer's misoperation (such as water in the remote control, wrong battery installation, etc.).
  • The goods that have been clearly marked as "final clearance/Special Offers" and are not refundable or exchangeable on the page have been identified.

III.Return process

Step 1: Contact customer service

Send an email to [PlayPulseRc@gmail.com] or submit a return request through the "Contact Us" form on the website, indicating:

  • order number
  • Product name and problem description
  • Attachment (such as photos/video of quality issues)

Step 2: Wait for confirmation

  • We will review and respond to your request within 2 working days.

Step 3: Return the goods

  • Return the goods along with the return authorization code to the specified address (it is recommended to use a traceable logistics service).
  • Freight liability: If the goods are defective or due to our mistakes, we will bear the freight for return. If the goods are returned without reason, the customer will bear the freight for return.

IV. Refund processing

(1) Refund method:

  • Return to the payment account (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.) in the original way. The processing time is 5-7 working days after receiving the return.

(2) Refund amount:

  • Full refund: the original price of the goods and the original freight (quality problems or our responsibility).
  • Subtraction: In case of no reason return, additional expenses incurred by the return (such as packaging damage fee) may be deducted.
  • Gift card/coupon purchase: Refunds will be issued in the form of website points or gift cards.

V. Special circumstances

(1) Custom-made goods:

  • For customized remote control toys (such as products with specific patterns and logos), due to their particularity, returns and exchanges are not supported unless there are quality problems.

(2) Promotional goods:

  • For products participating in specific promotional activities (such as clearance sale, time-limited discount, etc.), if there is no quality problem, return is not supported, but you can apply for replacement under the condition of meeting the conditions.

(3) Consumables that have been opened:

  • Some consumables such as batteries that have been opened and used with remote control toys are not supported for return or exchange, except for quality problems.
