Before Placing an Order Must-read Instructions

I. Return and Exchange Policy

(A) Basic Principles

  • Our website generally does not accept returns. In case of product quality issues upon factory production, replacement can be negotiated, but the buyer shall bear all transportation costs incurred. All product prices are ex-factory prices without any additional fees. Before leaving the factory, all products are rigorously inspected by quality inspectors to ensure that the product quality compliance rate reaches 97% - 98%. A 2% - 3% margin of error is considered within the scope of exemption.

(B) Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging;
  • Missing product accessories or related materials;
  • Unauthorized repair or modification;
  • Failure to use or store the product according to the instruction manual;
  • Products that have exceeded the after-sales service period.

II. Delivery Arrangements

  • Regular Delivery: Goods will be dispatched on the same day or the next day upon receipt of payment. In case of a large number of orders, we will make every effort to complete the delivery within three working days.
  • Special Orders: For particularly large orders, please communicate with us in advance. The specific delivery time shall be subject to the mutually agreed schedule. If you have a specific requirement for the courier service, please contact our customer service in a timely manner.

III. Receiving and Inspection

  • When picking up the goods, buyers are required to carefully inspect the products in the presence of logistics company staff. If severe deformation or damage to the outer packaging is found, or if the sealing tapes are broken, missing, incomplete, or show obvious signs of tampering, please open the package on the spot to count and check the contents. In case of any discrepancies, negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to resolve compensation issues. If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately for further negotiation. Once signed for, the products are deemed to have been accepted in their current state.

IV. After-sales Service

  • In case of product quality issues or slow - moving inventory, you can negotiate with our customer service to exchange for other products of the same value. We will arrange for the replacement to be shipped as soon as we receive the returned products in their original condition (with intact packaging and all accessories included).
  • If you apply for a return, we will refund the original product price, but we will not cover any transportation costs.

V. Exemption Clauses

  • Transportation Risks: All products are manufactured and shipped according to customer orders. Most products are made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, especially for long - distance destinations, individual products may be damaged (such as minor scratches or slight deformation of color box packaging). We have adopted double - layer packaging, added cushioning materials, and stacked the products tightly to avoid damage. However, since transportation is handled by third - party logistics companies, which is beyond our control, we will not be liable for any damage caused during transportation. Additionally, transportation time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle allocation, and traffic conditions, and does not constitute a valid reason for return.
  • Product Variations: Our products offer high cost - performance. Due to factors such as shooting lighting and monitor color differences, there may be slight discrepancies between the actual products and the pictures. The product photos on our website are taken in kind, but minor imperfections may exist due to manual production or measurement, such as slight roughness or dimensional errors (a tolerance of ±0.79 - 0.79 inches is considered normal). Such situations do not fall under the category of quality issues. If you have extremely high requirements for product quality, please place your order with caution. VI. Special Notes

  • Seasonal anime products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult our customer service before making a purchase.
  • For products that have been in stock for more than a quarter, only exchange at a discounted price is supported, and full refunds are not accepted.
